As part of Heinrich Georg UK’s compliance to BSI standards, regular quality audits are undertaken, not only at our facility in Wolverhampton but also at customer sites across the UK to prove compliance with industry requirements and legislation.

Georg UK holds triple BSI certification demonstrating compliance to BSI 9001 (Quality Management), ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety Management), and ISO 14001 (Environmental Management).

A recent audit conducted at a customer site demonstrated compliance in a wide cross-section of legislation, including:

• Evaluation of legal compliance
• Evaluation of OH&S risk assessment and controls
• Evaluation of environmental aspect controls, including prevention methods and observation of correct waste-streams
• Equipment delivery, including lifting equipment and lifting plans
• Equipment installation
• Customer facility modification
• Electrical services installation and test
• Fluid services installation and test
• Working at height
• Hot-working and metal removal, including fire-controls
• Site area and personnel control, including sub-contractor control

The audit concluded that the overall process was well controlled and guidelines were observed throughout.
