Comprehensive Pre-Commissioning from Georg UK

Recognising the significance of a seamless on-site commissioning process for customers, Heinrich Georg (UK) Ltd takes a comprehensive approach to pre-commissioning testing and customer support when installing new programmable dynamometers.

Comprehensive pre-commissioning

Andrew Cheadle, Project Manager at Georg UK, explains: “Some test rig suppliers deliver and assemble equipment at customer premises prior to validation. However, Georg UK takes a different approach. We undertake full Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) to a validation schedule and standard agreed with our customer prior to any equipment leaving our Wolverhampton workshop. Following installation at the customer’s site, the rigorous testing regime is repeated to ensure that the equipment is fit-for-purpose immediately after delivery.”

A mixture of written training manuals, practical hands-on exercises, and walk-through commentary videos ensures that Georg UK customers are fully trained in using our new equipment effectively. This training is delivered either at our Wolverhampton training facility or at the customer’s premises.

Customer support during first use

Georg UK provides comprehensive on-site support during the customer’s initial use of the dynamometer test rig, particularly during initial ‘equipment under test’ validation. This hands-on assistance demonstrates our dedication to providing our customers with equipment that they can have full confidence in and delivers a seamless and successful transition from commissioning to intended use.

Setting the standard for the future

With a focus on streamlined delivery, meticulous installation, comprehensive commissioning and customer support, Georg UK continues to set the standard for excellence in the field of dynamometer test rigs, providing cutting-edge solutions to a range of industries.
