Heinrich Georg (UK) Limited, one of the UK’s leading designers and manufacturers of special purpose machines and programmable dynamometers, is pleased to announce the recruitment of new Senior Mechanical Engineer, Ian Povey.

Strengthening our Technical Team and Design Capabilities

Ian Povey joined our Wolverhampton-based team in February 2025 and will primarily support Georg UK’s existing technical design team. He will be involved in mechanical design and sales proposal support across various Georg equipment, including special purpose machines, dynamometers and coil processing equipment. In addition, Ian will also be taking the lead in the co-ordination of various key projects whilst developing his skills and knowledge to support both Georg UK’s new and existing customers.
