Georg UK is celebrating after passing our ISO 9001:2015 quality certification following an audit by BSI.

Working to Quality processes and procedures forms the backbone of Georg UK; recognising a customer’s requirements need to be precisely captured to enable machines to be designed and built to the agreed specification, whilst ensuring any changes requested during the project are clearly recorded and approved by the customer.

Neil Wyke, managing director of Georg UK, said: “As a company we’re always looking for ways we can improve and streamline our systems and processes to ensure that the projects we undertake for customers are designed and built to the highest technical specification and, importantly, meet end-user’s expectations. I’m delighted that the team have not only maintained quality practices and adhered to our quality systems, but are continually reviewing practices and recommending improvements.

Georg UK has introduced additional risk assessments and an annual analysis of customer feedback to help ensure we are meeting customer requirements. In addition, the company is now utilising the technical experience and knowledge of our most senior staff by ensuring they take a lead role in the overall management of a project through the key stages of our Process: Technical Support, Design, Purchase & Manufacturing, Assembly & Testing and Installation & Configuration to help ensure customer’s requirements are met and machines are designed and built to the high standards associated with the Georg name.
